This tray is one of my very favorite projects. it is primarily made out of Sapele from Africa. This wood is the Mahogany replacement and is grown on plantations as a renewable resource.
The outsides and handles are Sapele complemented with a Maple floor. It has a high light strip of Western Fur running through it.
Inside dims. are Approx. 9” x 17 1/2” the sides are 2 ¼ deep.
The finish is approx. 10 coats of polyurethane and polished to a very high gloss.
